Our practice offers the following facilities:
- Toilet for wheelchair users – Central Medical Centre has toilet access for Disabled Patients
- Translation service – A Translation Service is available for those patient who may otherwise have difficulty to communicate. This service is only available with prior booking and patients must request this when booking their appointment. As we have no control on the availability of the Translators, this can sometimes mean that an appointment may be offered later than normally expected.
- Parking – We have car parking facilities at the Practice for up to 8 vehicles. Please not that adjacent to our Practice, there is a school entrance and we advise that you drive carefully when visiting the Practice.
- Other facilities – We have a hearing loop for patients with Hearing Aids and welcome suggestions from our patients on how you feel we could improve the access arrangements further that we have currently.
- Access for Wheelchair users – Central Medical Centre has access for Disabled Patients and is currently in the process of updating the access facilities to allow for better access.
